Compliance Notice Compliance: It’s What We Do Working with Vinovaleads.com means more than joining a tech-forward lead generation network — it means partnering with a company where compliance, consumer protection, and regulatory integrity sit at the core of our operations. We acknowledge that in the financial services and lead-gen sectors, compliance is not optional — It’s essential. Our compliance practices are informed by industry standards, regulatory guidance, and enforcement actions from bodies like the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and other relevant federal and state authorities. |

Compliance for Publishers & AdvertisersWe encourage creativity in your marketing, but never at the expense of compliance. As a condition of operating with Vinovaleads, publishers and advertisers must adhere to the following: - Truth in Advertising: Do not misrepresent yourself as a lender, broker, or guarantee approval. Claims like “best rates,” “lowest APR,” or “instant approval” must be substantiated.
- Clear Disclosures: All disclosures — including costs, rollover fees, privacy terms — must be conspicuous, legible, and not buried in small print.
- CAN‑SPAM & Email Compliance: All email marketing must comply with CAN‑SPAM. That includes using legitimate subject lines, identifying the message as an advertisement, including an opt‑out link, honoring unsubscribe requests promptly, and including valid physical address information.
- TCPA & Telemarketing: For calls or SMS, publishers must possess valid prior express written or verbal consent adhering to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related regulations.
- Suppression & Do‑Not-Contact Lists: Use suppression lists (from advertisers, from Vinovaleads, your own) religiously to avoid sending messages to unsubscribed or invalid numbers/emails.
- Prohibited Content & Behavior: No fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading offers. No surprise fees, no redirect traps, no “bait-and-switch.” Also avoid content involving gambling, adult content, hateful or discriminatory content.
- Monitoring & Remediation: Vinovaleads maintains internal and automated compliance tools (e.g., crawlers, keyword scanning). If non-compliance is detected, we may require immediate changes, suspend offers, or terminate accounts.
- Support & Training: We provide compliance resources (guides, templates, webinars) to help publishers stay within legal boundaries. Although we do not provide legal advice, we are committed to guiding you to compliant practices.

Compliance for Lenders & BuyersCompliance is also critical on the buyer side. To be eligible to purchase leads or partner with us, lenders must: - Hold all relevant licenses and registrations required by applicable jurisdictions.
- Demonstrate robust data security and consumer protection practices (e.g. encryption, opt-out mechanisms, fraud detection).
- Adhere to fair lending laws, consumer protection statutes, and state & federal regulations.
- Be subject to vetting — we may request audits, compliance reports, or legal documentation.
- Be open to oversight: We reserve the right to review transaction data, marketing materials, and site practices to ensure compliance.

|
Our Compliance Infrastructure- Proprietary Compliance Tools: We operate in-house crawling and monitoring systems to detect compliance violations (keywords, misrepresentations, UX violations).
- Account Management Oversight: Our account managers are trained in compliance and regularly audited. They may flag or reject non-compliant campaigns or creatives.
- Intensive Training & Audits: Internal teams undergo regular compliance training; we perform periodic audits and reviews of internal policies and external partners.
- Complaint Handling & Consumer Feedback: We actively monitor and respond to consumer complaints, performing reviews to identify trends, root causes, and remediation steps.
- Regulatory Alignment: We keep abreast of changes in laws, enforcement precedents, and industry best practices (e.g. OLA, CFPB guidelines) and integrate them in our compliance policies.
